Programming Operator of Packaging

Key job responsibilities:

  • maintenance and adjustment of the equipment (automatic machines) of the filling shop
  • ensuring that the lines complete their tasks on the production of high-quality products in a given range on time
  • performing maintenance and repair (MRO), emergency maintenance, readjustment of the production equipment of the filling shop
  • elimination of the simplest malfunctions in the equipment's operation
  • procedure for disassembly, assembly and regulation of the filling line equipment
  • elimination of the causes of nonconforming products
  • ensuring the smooth operation of the line
  • carrying out sanitation during the routine breaks (during the full washing process, the CIP program, short-term technical breaks, or downtime)
  • technological processes and modes of the bottle washing, bottling/canning, pasteurization, blowing, design, picking and packaging of products in the consumer containers.

 

Requirements for candidates: 

  • secondary technical or higher education
  • at least 1 year of work experience in the production of draught beer, kvass, alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages.

 

Skills and expertise needed:

  • beer bottling/canning technology, sanitation and product quality issues
  • construction and design features of the equipment as well as the control and measuring devices of the filling lines
  • ability to set up, maintain and adjust equipment to ensure its smooth operation
  • equipment diagnostics and troubleshooting skills
  • responsible attitude to work, completing tasks on time
  • attention to detail and accuracy in the performance of duties
  • transparency in the work processes and communications
  • proactive approach to solving problems, finding new opportunities and self-development
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English would be an asset.
