maintenance and adjustment of the equipment (automatic machines) of the filling shop
ensuring that the lines complete their tasks on the production of high-quality products in a given range on time
performing maintenance and repair (MRO), emergency maintenance, readjustment of the production equipment of the filling shop
elimination of the simplest malfunctions in the equipment's operation
procedure for disassembly, assembly and regulation of the filling line equipment
elimination of the causes of nonconforming products
ensuring the smooth operation of the line
carrying out sanitation during the routine breaks (during the full washing process, the CIP program, short-term technical breaks, or downtime)
technological processes and modes of the bottle washing, bottling/canning, pasteurization, blowing, design, picking and packaging of products in the consumer containers.
Requirements for candidates:
secondary technical or higher education
at least 1 year of work experience in the production of draught beer, kvass, alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages.
Skills and expertise needed:
beer bottling/canning technology, sanitation and product quality issues
construction and design features of the equipment as well as the control and measuring devices of the filling lines
ability to set up, maintain and adjust equipment to ensure its smooth operation
equipment diagnostics and troubleshooting skills
responsible attitude to work, completing tasks on time
attention to detail and accuracy in the performance of duties
transparency in the work processes and communications
proactive approach to solving problems, finding new opportunities and self-development
Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English would be an asset.
