Carlsberg Azerbaijan LLC hereby announces the following amendment made to its Discount Regulations to come into force as of February 7, 2020:

If Carlsberg Azerbaijan LLC concludes a contract on listing services directly with outlets, the volume of products shipped to those outlets will not be considered while calculation of the monthly discounts for the distributors.

While calculating the discount for previous month, the volume of products shipped by the distributor through secondary sales to the outlet with which Carlsberg Azerbaijan already has a listing services contract must be deducted from the volume of the primary sales. Such volume shall be approved via distributors’ monthly bonus cards based on data from the CPM system.
